- The deliberations of the meeting were about the following major topics: Strengthening REDD-related knowledge at local, national and regional levels, the creation of technical abilities for measuring and monitoring carbon stocks of forests in the Congo Basin and the promotion of the REDD concept of sustainable management projects for Congo Basin forests
